# Transact from Vault's Balance

There are 2 ways how fund manager can do a transaction from the Fund Balance:

1. Manager [can use WalletConnect](/for-vault-creators/transact-from-vaults-balance/wallet-connect-transaction.md) to connect Fund's Wallet to any DeFi protocol or DEX and use their interface like he used to trade with a direct Metamask connection. His experience will not much differ from his usual trading from the personal wallet.
2. Manager can [send funds from a Vault Balance](/for-vault-creators/transact-from-vaults-balance/direct-transfer-from-vaults-balance.md) to any EVM-compatible wallet through the voting process.
